Pastor Douglas R. Rossman continues his 40 year mission to reach people with the love of God in Jesus Christ and to grow
believers into disciples by teaching them how to become ministering agents and
ambassadors of the Kingdom of God.
Married for 31 years. Together with his wife they have raised a family with two youth that are college graduated. He have been in pastoral ministry for over 30 years. Over the last 17 years he have dedicated his life to train and equip pastors and leaders in their ministerial development especially directed to biblical discipleship. He conduct seminars and ministerial conferences annually in Latin America. Also he organize the Leadership and Discipleship Schools in order to increase efforts in the extension of God's Kingdom in the Nations.
In addition he is a certified coach for ministerial and human development at Christian Coaching MCC. With this he help pastors and leaders in transition in their lives, closing the gap between where they are at this time to the position where they should be to fulfill the purpose for which they were created, for the glory of God and achieving powerful results.
